Definitions of Terms Used in the Privacy Policy

The following terms shall mean:

This policy aims to inform you of the Service’s commitments regarding your privacy and the protection of your Personal Data collected and processed when you use the Service.

Article 2 – Data Collected on the Site

We collect the data you voluntarily provide via the Service’s forms. For certain transactions (e.g., payments), your data may be shared with third-party partners under their own terms—please review them before submitting.

Personal Data collection does not require prior CNIL declaration.

Article 4 – Purposes of Data Collected

Data marked as required on forms enable you to use corresponding Service features (e.g., newsletters, promotional offers, order tracking).

The Service may also process Data to improve our offerings (e.g., via cookies) and to contact you about order issues or stock availability.

Only Azzo Créations receives your personal information. Data are never shared with third parties except our necessary subprocessors.
